Description
This is a bold, character-driven red crafted with purity and respect for nature. Made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the sun-drenched soils of the Languedoc, this wine is vinified without added sulphur, allowing the true expression of the fruit to shine. A big wine which is juicy rather than jammy, fresh rather than rich. The tannins are super soft, it’s appealingly elegant and offers one big cassis cuddle!
About the Estate
The Fabre family are passionate winemakers who have been perfecting their techniques and the foundations of their business for over fourteen generations. The family and their vineyards have grown since 1605, while remaining true to their land. Today Famille Fabre owns five chateaux in the Languedoc region of France. With great respect for the environment and a passion for quality winemaking, they remain committed to bringing out the best of their terroir.
