Description
Bright gold with intense, pineapple, mango and melon aromas combined with vanilla and toasted notes. Rich and mellow with a very good acidity and a very good length. Food and wine pairing: best served at 10/12°C with shellfish and fish, white meats or mushroom dishes. Very nice before dinner with petits fours.

About the Estate
Domaines Paul Mas is one of the great names of the Languedoc, combining deep regional heritage with Jean-Claude Mas’ modern, expressive winemaking style. Based near Pézenas, the family-owned estate works across a remarkable range of southern French terroirs, producing wines that are polished, generous and full of character. We work with Jean-Claude on a small but distinctive part of the wider portfolio, including biodynamically managed Mas des Tannes, organically farmed Arrogant Frog from Limoux and Cuvée Secrète – a no-added-sulphur blend that gives a particularly pure expression of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
