Description
With fans from Aberdeen to Truro, this much-loved organic red from the south of France is full of soft, bright fruit and plenty of everyday appeal. Smooth, approachable and uncomplicated in the best possible way, it’s a bottle that works just as well on its own as it does with simple suppers, sharing platters or relaxed midweek meals.
- 86 Points, Tom Cannavan’s Wine-Pages.com, ‘I note that one of Vintage Roots’ customers describes this as “enjoyably rustic,” which is an excellent two-word summary. Vinous, cherry and red plum, medium bodied but good fruit and concentration. A fine little organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot and Syrah blend, and très useful.‘ July 2016 (2014 vintage)

A great red which was recommended to me. Not too heavy and not light, great taste, easy to drink with any meal. I now just buy this wine which is consistent and delicious!

Tastes like the kind of wine you get in a french bistro - and that's a good thing!

I received two bottles of this wine in a mixed case, and it was my favourite even though it wasn't the most expensive, result!
