A warming and enticing discovery case of winter reds from France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Chile that will leave you wanting more. A couple of these are also the last remaining cases, so they’ve been included at bargain prices. The French red is a beautiful biodynamic Grenache/Syrah blend from Château Maris in the Languedoc and from Piedmont a vibrant Barbera with real depth of flavor. Also included is Domaine Bousquet’s flavorfully rich Gaia Cabernet Franc, a savoury and characterful Dornfelder (like Pinot Noir but with added oompf), and a warming Portuguese red made from Touriga Nacional that won Gold at the 2021 Millesime Bio.
