Serve with your favourite organic Prosecco over ice for an easy, refreshing spritz – ideal for sunny afternoons, pre-dinner drinks and relaxed aperitivo hour. Orange, delicious and organic.
HOW TO MAKE THE QUINTESSENTIAL SPRITZ APERITIVO APEROL
Grab you glasses first. Make them large (maybe your favourite gin glass) or a large tumbler or wine glass.
Fill with ice cubes, and use the simple 3-2-1 formula
- 3 parts quality organic Prosecco
- 2 parts Walcher Veneziano Organic Spritz
- 1 part soda or tonic water
- Garnish with a thick slice or two of orange
About the Estate
