Description
A smooth and complex dry white vermouth from Walcher that’s perfect for your favourite cocktails. It can also be enjoyed neat or with soda/tonic and ice for a longer refreshing drink. The base wine used is organic Bianco di Custoza and organic Zibibbo, which perfectly complements the carefully chosen extracts of herb, fruits and spices. This is a dry Vermouth of rare quality.
About the Estate
Biostilla are based in the sun-drenched South Tyrolean farmlands, with all their fruit coming from certified organic farmsteads.
