Aroma
Red berries, citrus peel and soft floral notes
Description
Not sure whether to choose red or white? Made from a 50/50 blend of Merlot and Colombard, “Blouge” sits happily between the two – a playful, modern wine from IGP Pays d’Oc that’s bright, juicy and gently textured. Its name comes from ‘blanc’ and ‘rouge’, reflecting its offbeat mix of white and red grapes. Expect fresh red fruit, a breezy easy-drinking feel and plenty of summer appeal. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif, or pour with tapas, salads, grilled vegetables, lighter meats or relaxed summer dishes.
