Description
A value biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Spain grown at some altitude in La Mancha. Good balance of gentle acidity with riper stewed gooseberry and citrus fruit flavours on the palate and floral and lemon meringue aromas. Fresh and aromatic, this is a pleasing and versatile white for any occasion.
About the Estate
Certified organic since 1995, the Parra family’s pursuit came from the devotion of the three brothers Francisco, Javier and Luis, who founded their La Mancha property with the conviction to organically and biodynamically farm every vine under their care. The Parra family works two large vineyards in La Mancha, near the town of Las Mesas (The Tables) in central Spain, totalling 180 hectares. Delivering clean, honest wines grown in harmony with the land, Parra Jiminez wines are always good value and a natural wine lover’s hidden gem.
