Description
A bright, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine Priou in Touraine, one of the Loire’s great spots for crisp, aromatic whites. Grown on clay-limestone soils with sand and flint, this is all about clean citrus lift, green apple freshness and a lightly mineral edge, with the estate working traditionally in the vineyard and avoiding chemical pesticides. It’s zesty, easy drinking and very food friendly, making it a brilliant bottle for aperitifs, salads, goats’ cheese, seafood, asparagus, herby dishes or simple summer lunches.
