An amazing artisanal dry Gin made from 24 organic Mediterranean botanicals – here we go with the full list: juniper, fresh citron and mandarin from Sicily, coriander seed, ginger root, valerian root, angelica root, calamus root, master root, rosemary, caraway seeds, cardamom seeds, rose hips, orange peels, lemon peels, lavender flowers, elderflower, orange blossom, rose petals, chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, mugwort. These are all brought to drinking strength after distillation using natural spring water from the heart of the Italian Dolomites. Classed as ‘Outstanding’ at the IWSC awards in 2015, this citrus and summery Gin is truly one to enjoy and savour.

About the Estate
Biostilla are based in the sun-drenched South Tyrolean farmlands, with all their fruit coming from certified organic farmsteads. We were given this gin as a present. It's fabulous, really clean taste, fresh citrus and many others that I can't identify. Could be drunk without a mixer, we used Fever Tree tonic. Excellent gin and I'm just waiting for it to come back in stock
