A fresh, savoury Loire Valley Cabernet Franc from one of the region’s quiet masters, Xavier Amirault. Naturally made and certified Vin Méthode Nature, allowing the grape to show itself with real purity and clarity. Grown on gravelly limestone soils and handled gently in the cellar, it captures everything we love about Loire Cab Franc – freshness, lift and a subtle savoury edge. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant leaf, with a hint of mint and white pepper lead into a supple, silky palate. The kind of red that works just as well slightly chilled as it does at the table – and has you reaching back for another glass sooner than you expect.
