Soil Association certified, this is a lightly aged organic golden rum distilled in small batches in a remote area of Paraguay from organically certified and cooperatively grown sugar cane molasses. The high quality of the organic molasses together with careful oak ageing produces a super smooth rum with a subtle warming finish. Enjoy neat, on ice or mixed into your favourite cocktails or mixed drinks.

About the Estate

The Organic Spirits Company began in 1994 and their initial products, including their Juniper Green Gin, the world’s first organic gin, were launched in 1999.
