This is not dealcoholised wine as you know it. 36° Grenache comes from Geiger’s ‘Wanderung’ range – a thoughtful exploration of still, alcohol-free drinks designed expressly for the table. A gently dealcoholised Grenache forms the base, with the alcohol removed slowly and at low temperatures to preserve character and structure. The wine is then carefully crafted with herbs, blossoms and spices, building a drink with real depth, clarity and intention. Dark and expressive in style, it shows aromas of currant and plum with a real ethereal lift. On the palate there’s ripe berry fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a savoury edge, supported by firm, expressive tannins that give this quality alcohol-free option real presence and poise alongside food.
