Vinified entirely in stainless steel, this super-expressive, vivacious Marlborough Sauvignon captures the essence of the character contained within the grapes growing on these alluvial soils. Punchy, verdant and crisp, the citrus/gooseberry impact on the senses is further enhanced by delightful notes of passionfruit and exotic fruits.Time spent maturing on its lees prior to bottling has brought an added dimension of depth and texture to the palate profile. Dry, focused and perfectly balanced, an element of restraint ensures that the finale is not too exuberant. While perfect to drink from first release, it will cellar for up to 3 years.
