Description
From the Oxfordshire region comes this rich, heady liqueur, made from hand-picked organic blackcurrants. The family-run Gibson farm near the Cotswolds produces a liqueur with rich, intense fruit characteristics, and the extra fermentation (before adding the alcohol and sugar) makes this liqueur such an excellent choice. This can be added to white wine to make a Kir or Champagne to make a Kir Royale. For a decadent dessert, try drizzling over quality ice cream.
About the Estate
Based on a family run farm near Burford in the Cotswolds. All the fruit is grown organically (Soil Association certified), and fermented before addition of extra sugar and alcohol, this gives the liqueurs their intensely fruity characteristics.
