Closerie Saint Roc

Closerie Saint Roc was purchased by the Amoreau family of the legendary Château Le Puy, which has become one of just a few cult wines in Bordeaux. Situated close to the villages of Saint Emilion and Pomerol in Bordeaux on clay soil- and fossil-rich limestone, Closerie Saint Roc bottles their exclusive wines under the ‘Vin de France’ label, allowing them to best express their exceptional soil and terroir. In July 2020 this estate was named one of the 10 Bordeaux producers to watch by Decanter Magazine. The vines are 35 years old on average and the planting ratio is 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
