Certified biodynamic since 2013, the Cabernet Franc vines lie on gentle south-facing slopes, capped to the north by a forest offering shelter from the cold winds. The wines of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil have protected Designation of Origin status and the entire product area lies within the village of the same name.
